What is Dog Ear's support policy?
Paid customers can contact us for email support. We make our best attempt to respond within 1 business day. We do not offer support for free accounts.
Do you store my credit card number on your server?
No. Dog Ear uses Stripe to process credit card transactions. Your credit card number is stored on Stripe's servers in a PCI compliant manner.
Do you I have to enter a credit card number to sign up?
No, but Dog Ear will automatically stop monitoring your servers after your trial period. You'll need to sign up for a plan and enter your credit card number to continue monitoring or choose the free plan after the trial period ends.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Dog Ear is billed month-to-month without a contract. You can cancel at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, but please contact us if you are a paying customer and are dissatisfied with our service.

Can I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time on the Account page. You will be charged (or credited toward your account balance) the pro-rated difference between your current plan and new plan when you change plans. You be charged the cost of the new plan moving forward. Your billing cycle will not change.
Do you offer a free plan?
We offer a free plan that monitors one URL every 5 minutes, allows up to 100 email alerts per month, and does not include SMS alerts. You can select the free plan on the subscriptions page after creating an account.
Can you add _______ feature?
Please email feature suggestions. We read all emails but we can't promise that we will be able to respond or build your suggestion.
How do you define a "site" as it relates to the Plans on the pricing page?
We define a site as a single URL monitored by Dog Ear.
How does your Slack integration work?
Dog Ear will send alerts to your Slack channel when your site's status changes. You must first configure the integration for your Slack here.
